The Law Office of
Diane H. Gold

Attorney Gold believes that an estate plan is about the ones you love. She strives to combine knowledge of the law with an open ear to what makes your family unique. After a background in real estate, probate and civil law, she decided to concentrate in Estate Planning and Elder Law, including Real Estate and Estate Administration.

"When people ask why I am excited to go to work in the morning, I tell them that its all in the details. Estate Planning is about getting a grasp of what the options are, and then making appropriate recommendations. Everyone is different - family situation, assets, objectives and age, and I thrive on 'putting the pieces of the puzzle' together into a solid picture."

Diane H. Gold is a graduate of New England School of Law and the University of Memphis. She is a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and Women's Bar Association. In addition, Attorney Gold is a member of the Boston Chapter of Hadassah and the former president of its Atara group and is a former board member of the Massachusetts Chapter of Americans United for Separation of Church and State. She lives with her spouse and daughter in a Boston suburb.
